Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking a Senior/Finance Executive to assist day-to-day financial operations, monitor monthly P&L entries, and support month-end closing across multiple IFM accounts. This role focuses on strengthening finance processes to ensure compliance with local FRS, US GAAP, and SOX controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
• More than 2 years in Finance Operations or Business Finance.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage deadlines across contracts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor monthly P&L entries and ensure timely closing across multiple accounts.
• Prepare monthly management reports with variance commentary to account managers and FP&A.
• Partner with account managers and FP&A to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for assigned portfolio.
• Drive automation, standardisation and digitalisation across finance processes.
