Job summary

OOm is seeking a Senior Finance Executive to support our Finance team with full set accounts, GL, month-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting in Singapore.

You will contribute to finance system improvements and workflow automation, work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment emphasizing growth, ownership, and teamwork.

This role requires hands-on accounting experience and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have hands-on experience with full set accounts and GL.
• GST, audit schedules, and financial reporting knowledge.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set accounts, including AP, AR, GL, journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly closing, financial reports, schedules, and management reports.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records and ensure proper accounting entries.
• Prepare GST, audit schedules, tax schedules, and other statutory reporting support.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, vendors, and internal stakeholders where required.
• Support finance operations such as billing, payments, collections, expenses, and reporting.
• Review existing finance workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in finance system enhancement, workflow automation, and process improvement projects.
