Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore is seeking a Finance Operations professional to assist in day-to-day financial tasks, monitor monthly P&L entries, and support month-end closing across multiple IFM accounts.

You will help improve finance processes to ensure contract compliance with local FRS, US GAAP, and SOX controls, prepare monthly reports with variance commentary, and partner with account managers and FP&A to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in Finance Operations or Business Finance.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage deadlines across various contracts and stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day financial operations and monitor monthly P&L entries for timely month-end closing across multiple IFM accounts.
• Establish strong finance/accounting processes and drive continuous improvements to ensure contract compliance, local FRS, US GAAP and SOX controls.
• Prepare monthly management reports with P&L analysis and provide commentaries on key variances.
• Partner with account managers and business stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts for the assigned portfolio.
• Oversee accounts receivable to ensure prompt billing and collections to support cash flow.
• Support Corporate Finance on all finance-related matters and handle ad hoc projects.
