is seeking a Finance Analyst to manage expenses and maintain accurate financial records, with a focus on strategic budget tracking and efficient invoicing processes. You will handle non-PO invoices and lease payments in the P2P system, coordinate with centralized AP teams for reconciliations, validate project budgets, prepare journal entries, support month-end close, and help keep asset registers accurate with validation tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with 3–5 years in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or Journal Entries.
• Proficient in data analysis and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process non-PO invoices and ad hoc lease payments in the P2P system.
• Serve as primary contact for payment reconciliations with centralized AP teams.
• Validate project tracking against budgets and prepare journal entries.
• Initiate service order maintenance and support month-end closing with journal entries.
• Maintain documentation for reconciliations and support asset registers.
