Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking an experienced finance professional to oversee accounting and finance operations, including AP/AR, month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance activities. You will support AIS reporting, budgeting, and group consolidation, coordinate statutory submissions, and monitor cash flow with short- and long-term projections.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting or finance operations.
• Strong grasp of AP, GL, and month-end closing.
• GST and tax basics with audit support advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile AP postings monthly.
• Prepare and review monthly JVs per policies.
• Maintain monthly balance sheet schedules and docs.
• Coordinate AIS reporting submissions.
• Submit quarterly surveys and statutory reports.
• Monitor AR receipts and apply payments monthly.
• Prepare quarterly consolidation packages for group reporting.
• Review cash flow projections and forecasts.
• Perform monthly voyage accruals and expense recognition.
• Support annual budgeting and consolidation of divisions.
