Job summary

PACC Offshore Services Holdings Ltd in Singapore seeks a capable leader to head POSH Finance Operations. You will manage a team of 3 direct reports and oversee the month-end close, system access rights, and cross-functional workflow reviews.

Collaborate with the KCS Finance Shared Service to continuously improve workflows, drive process efficiency, and lead AI initiatives to enhance automation and control within POSH Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred; CPA qualification recommended.
• Experience in both audit and commercial finance environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the POSH Finance Operations Department, managing a team of 3 direct reports.
• Oversee Finance Operation workflow – month end close, system access rights.
• Partner with KCS Finance Shared Service to review and improve workflow.
• Manage month-end closing processes, review financial statements, and conduct tax reviews for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead and drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control.
• Lead and drive AI initiatives to enhance automation within POSH Finance.
