Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Finance Officer (AR) to manage accounts receivable and invoicing for local projects, exports, service and maintenance. You will update sales data, register and update payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables, supporting monthly reconciliations and regulatory reporting.

This role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and hands-on ERP experience (Sage300 preferred).

Qualifications

• ITE or diploma in accountancy is required.
• ACCA or related financial qualification preferred and internationally recognized.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a multinational with fast pace.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/finance systems and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Update all sales related information.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and register/update payments.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Invoicing for local projects, export sales, service and maintenance.
• Monthly reconciliation of outstanding balances.
• Local regulatory reporting.
• Handle other financial duties and schedules as assigned by Finance Manager.
• Provide backup support to the Finance department during absences.
• Perform other administration duties and ad-hoc tasks as needed by the Management team.

Job description

Finance Officer (AR) Functions:

• Update all the sales related information
• Accounts Receivable: -
• Registering and updating all payments
• Follow up on outstanding receivables
• Invoicing of local projects, export sales, service and maintenance
• Monthly Reconciliation on the outstanding
• Local regulatory reporting
• Other financial duties and schedules
• Backup finance department during their absences
• Other administration duties
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance Manager or the Management team

Qualifications:

• Minimum ITE or diploma in accountancy. Preferred financial qualification (i.e.,
• Finance, ACCA, Business) or any other relevant certification which is
• internationally recognized.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience preferably from an international
• organization with a fast-paced work environment. Candidates with experience in
• Construction industry would be viewed favourably.
• Possess hands-on experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft office especially in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in ERP systems such as Sage300(preferred),
• Eye for details with an analytical mindset
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and versatile environment
