Job summary

TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage billing and cash flow in a dynamic construction environment.

You will ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and compliance while supporting finance operations. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of AR experience, a diploma or ITE in accountancy, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Sage 300. You will work with management and provide backup support during staff absences.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITE certification in accountancy or related field
• Finance qualifications such as ACCA or other internationally recognized certifications
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international organization or construction industry
• Hands-on experience in accounts receivable and financial processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, to manage financial data effectively
• Experience with ERP systems such as Sage300 preferred for financial management
• Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset to ensure accuracy and problem-solving
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and versatile environment

Responsibilities

• Update sales-related financial information to maintain accurate records for reporting and analysis
• Register and update all payment transactions to ensure accurate accounts receivable tracking
• Follow up on outstanding receivables to improve cash flow and reduce overdue balances
• Prepare invoicing for local projects, export sales, and service and maintenance contracts to ensure timely billing
• Perform monthly reconciliation of outstanding accounts to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare local regulatory financial reports to ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Execute other financial duties and schedules as assigned to support finance department operations
• Provide backup support to the finance department during staff absences to maintain continuity
• Perform administrative duties related to finance to support overall department efficiency
• Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance Manager or Management team to meet business needs
