Job summary

The successful candidate will review schedules, support internal and statutory audits, and collaborate with tax consultants to ensure compliance with GST and related regulations. Experience with Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform finance and accounting functions, including month-end and year-end closing, fixed assets accounting and management reporting.
• Review and administer quality service standards, finance-related policies, internal controls and work procedures to ensure accurate reporting.
• Review monthly schedules and audit schedules, and assist in internal audits and annual statutory audits.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on financial reporting and audit-related matters.
• Be responsible for the accounting and management of fixed assets and depreciation.
• Handle GST return filing and work with tax consultants/IRAS on tax matters.
• Conduct analysis of financial performance, identify anomalies and risks, and provide improvement recommendations.
• Identify areas to leverage technology to enhance financial analysis and processes.
