PERSOL in Singapore seeks a competent financial accounting professional to manage month-end close, fixed asset accounting, and management reporting. The role requires solid knowledge of SB-FRS, GST, and governance, with collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, support audits, and leverage technology to enhance financial insights and efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site position in Singapore.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of financial accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations including SB-FRS and GST.

Mansioni

• Manage full-spectrum financial accounting activities, including month-end and year-end closing, fixed asset accounting, and management reporting.
• Develop, review, and implement finance policies, internal controls, accounting procedures, and process improvements to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
• Prepare and review monthly financial schedules, audit schedules, and support both internal and statutory audits.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders on financial reporting, audit matters, and compliance-related issues.
• Oversee fixed asset accounting, ensuring accurate recording of capital expenditures, asset registers, and depreciation.
• Prepare and submit GST filings while liaising with IRAS and external tax advisors on tax-related matters.
• Perform financial analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks, and recommend corrective actions and improvements.
• Drive process enhancement initiatives through technology adoption and automation to improve operational efficiency and financial insights.
