TALENT TRACE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Finance Manager to lead a team of four finance professionals and manage full accounting processes for Singapore entities and the Saudi subsidiary.

The role requires strong IFRS/FRS knowledge, GST and corporate tax experience, and cross-border exposure. You will partner with the business, deliver forecasts and budgets, and coordinate audits.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of accounting or finance experience in a regional or multinational setting.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore FRS/IFRS, GST and corporate tax.
• Experience with audit and tax compliance across multiple entities.
• Experience handling cross-border operations, ideally involving the Middle East.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of 4 finance professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management.
• Manage the full set of accounts and ensure timely, accurate month-end and year-end closing for the Singapore entities and the Saudi subsidiary.
• Review journal entries and audit schedules to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records in compliance with Singapore FRS/IFRS.
• Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the audit process and serve as the key liaison with external auditors for the Singapore entities and Saudi subsidiary.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of GST filings.
• Review corporate tax computations for the Singapore entities and liaise with the external tax agent.
• Support transfer pricing documentation and ensure proper handling of intercompany transactions.
• Act as a key finance business partner to the Saudi subsidiary, delivering financial insights and guidance to support business operations while ensuring compliance with established SOPs, internal policies, and the control framework.
• Prepare and present monthly forecasts and the yearly budget for the Saudi subsidiary.
• Prepare and support tax computation and transfer pricing documentation for the Saudi subsidiary.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned, including government surveys and management reports.

Key Requirements

• 6-8 years of relevant accounting or finance experience, ideally within a regional or multinational environment
• Strong knowledge of Singapore FRS/IFRS, GST, and corporate tax
• Experience with audit and tax compliance across multiple entities
• Experience handling cross-border operations, ideally involving the Middle East
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Proven experience managing a team
• Experience with SAP is an advantage
