Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Finance Manager to strengthen financial performance and guide business leaders with clear, data-driven insights. This position requires someone who can partner closely with operational teams while remaining hands‑on in core finance activities, ensuring reliability, compliance, and meaningful analysis across all financial outputs.

Working alongside senior leadership and functional managers, the Finance Manager will convert financial information into practical recommendations and play a key role in planning, forecasting, and day‑to‑day financial operations.

Business Partnership & Strategic Insights
  • Serve as the primary finance contact for various teams and departments.
  • Deliver timely analysis, dashboards, and insights to support commercial decisions, pricing models, cost efficiency efforts, and investment planning.
  • Interpret financial trends and metrics to highlight opportunities and performance concerns.
  • Assist management in assessing new ventures, projects, and strategic business plans.
Planning, Budgeting & Performance Tracking
  • Lead annual budgeting cycles and ongoing forecast updates in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Track performance against plans; analyse deviations and propose corrective measures.
  • Build KPIs and reporting structures that help monitor operational and financial performance.
Reporting & Financial Analysis
  • Produce accurate monthly financial and management reports.
  • Ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy of financial data across all teams.
  • Present results to senior leaders with clear explanations of risks, upside potential, and emerging trends.
Finance Operations & Governance
  • Oversee daily accounting functions including AP, AR, general ledger, and cash management to support smooth month‑end closing.
  • Strengthen internal control processes and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (SFRS / IFRS) and company policies.
  • Coordinate with auditors and tax advisors to meet statutory and regulatory requirements.
Cash & Treasury Management
  • Monitor liquidity, working capital, and overall cash position to support business needs.
  • Prepare cash flow projections and recommend ways to optimise cash utilisation.
  • Manage relationships with banking partners for treasury matters and financing arrangements.
Process Optimisation & Systems Enhancement
  • Lead efficiency improvements, automation initiatives, and ERP / system upgrades.
  • Create financial templates and tools to enhance forecasting, reporting, and analytical workflows.
  • Provide guidance and support to Finance and Accounting team members.
  • Handle additional tasks and projects as required.
Requirements
