Job summary

Stealth Startup is seeking a Finance Manager to own the accounting function across crypto-related businesses in Singapore. You report to the CFO, influence leadership decisions, and scale processes in a fast-evolving environment.

You will lead month/year-end close, IFRS reporting for digital assets, internal controls, budgeting, and implement AI-driven finance automation in collaboration with the tech team.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in accounting and finance with at least 2–3 years in a manager role.
• Strong IFRS expertise with crypto or digital assets experience.
• Experience leading multi-entity consolidations across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end and year-end close, including group consolidation.
• Ensure IFRS-compliant financial statements with crypto assets treatment.
• Develop controls and scalable reporting infrastructure.
• Lead budgeting/forecasting and partner with business heads for insight.
• Design and implement AI-driven finance reporting and automation.
