Job summary

Stealth Startup is seeking a Finance Manager to own the accounting function across crypto-related businesses in Singapore. You report to the CFO, influence leadership decisions, and scale processes in a fast-evolving environment.

You will lead month/year-end close, IFRS reporting for digital assets, internal controls, budgeting, and implement AI-driven finance automation in collaboration with the tech team.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in accounting and finance with at least 2–3 years in a manager role.
• Strong IFRS expertise with crypto or digital assets experience.
• Experience leading multi-entity consolidations across jurisdictions.

Job description

We're looking for a Finance Manager to own the accounting and financial management function across our crypto conglomerate - spanning exchange, payments, investment, and Web3 business lines.

You'll report directly to the CFO and be the connective tissue between finance operations and leadership. This isn't a pure reporting role - you'll be expected to have a view, flag problems early, and help build systems that scale. The business is constantly evolving - new markets, new products, new structures. We need someone who adjusts quickly, learns on the fly, and doesn't need a perfectly defined brief to get started.

What You'll Do

• Own the group's month-end and year-end close, including consolidation across multiple entities and jurisdictions
• Ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with IFRS, with appropriate treatment of digital assets, token treasury, and trading positions
• Maintain robust internal controls and drive improvements in financial processes and reporting infrastructure

Management Accounting & Business Partnering

• Produce monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and commentary for the CFO and senior leadership
• Partner with business line heads to provide financial insight that drives operational decisions - not just historical reporting
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles across the group

Agentic AI & Finance Automation

• Lead the design and implementation of AI agents for financial reporting, variance analysis, and management information - working closely with our technology team to define use cases and validate outputs
• Identify manual, repetitive finance processes that can be automated or augmented through AI tools, and drive those projects from concept through to deployment
• Set quality standards for AI-generated financial outputs and build the review frameworks to ensure accuracy and reliability

What You Bring

• 7-10 years in accounting and finance, with at least 2-3 years at manager level
• Strong technical accounting (IFRS) with genuine experience in crypto or digital asset environments - or a demonstrably fast ability to get there
• Experience managing multi-entity group consolidations across jurisdictions
• Commercial instinct - you understand the business, not just the numbers
• Flexible and fast on your feet - able to shift priorities without losing rigour, and willing to roll up your sleeves when the situation calls for it
• Comfortable working with AI tools and genuinely interested in how agentic AI will reshape the finance function - prior experience building or deploying AI agents is a strong advantage
• Hands-on with ERP systems and comfortable building reporting infrastructure where it doesn't yet exist
• Strong communicator - you can explain financial outcomes clearly to non-finance stakeholders
