Job summary

Welovesupermom Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a hands-on Finance Manager to own day-to-day finance operations and FP&A. You will lead month-end close, reconciliations, cash management, budgeting, forecasting, and partner with department heads to drive commercial decisions.

This role blends rigor with strategic impact, including introducing AI tools like Claude to speed reporting and deepen analysis, strengthen controls, and mentor regional finance staff as the team grows.

Qualifications

5+ years in finance operations and FP&A
Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis
Experience using AI tools for finance work — Claude/ChatGPT or similar
Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate numbers into business narratives
Experience in marketing technology, media, or digital platforms preferred
Singapore work authorization required (Citizen or PR)

Responsibilities

Own month-end and year-end close processes and financial reporting
Manage accounts payable/receivable and vendor payments
Oversee bank reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and working capital management
Ensure compliance with statutory filing requirements, tax obligations, and audit readiness
Maintain and strengthen internal controls and finance SOPs
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary as needed
Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across active markets
Prepare monthly management reports, P&L analysis, and board-level financial packs
Partner with Business and Commercial teams to model revenue scenarios and support pricing and deal decisions
Identify opportunities to apply AI tools to automate reporting and improve variance analysis
Mentor and guide regional finance staff as the team grows
