Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance operations and FP&A.
• Advanced Excel skills with VBA and financial modeling.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance analysis quality.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CA/ACCA/CFA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end and year-end close processes and ensure accurate reporting.
• Manage AP/AR, vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across markets.
• Prepare management packs and partner with business teams on pricing and deals.
• Develop and maintain financial models and automate reporting with AI tools.
