Job summary

adidas Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a senior Finance leader to own budgeting, forecasting and consolidation for Retail and Franchise across SEA. You will partner with commercial and marketing finance teams to drive topline growth, manage the BPM process, and deliver timely, insightful reporting to senior leadership.

You will lead cost efficiency, profitability initiatives, and process improvements, coaching and developing a high-performing finance team across markets.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or professional qualification in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (MBA/CPA).
• 8–10 years of broad operational finance experience in leading companies.
• Solid accounting knowledge and advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with SAP, BI, AI applications and Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial teams to drive Retail and Franchise growth and topline roadmap.
• Manage BPM process and rollout plans for Retail and Franchise across markets.
• Lead annual budget and monthly forecasts in close collaboration with finance, marketing and commercial teams.
• Manage budget, forecast and actuals tracking, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities against targets.
• Oversee monthly results analysis and consolidation in collaboration with the FD.
• Lead preparation and presentation of insightful Retail and Franchise financial reporting for senior leadership.
• Lead cost efficiency, profitability and process improvement initiatives.
