Cornerstone Global Partners is seeking an Assistant Manager, Finance to lead Accounts Payable and Fixed Asset activities. This role focuses on accurate payment processing, asset accounting, and adherence to financial policies in a dynamic environment.

You will review invoices, manage month-end closing, support audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive efficiency using ERP systems like Workday.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets or general finance operations is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Workday or other ERP systems is an added advantage.

Aufgaben

• Review and verify vendor invoices to ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice processing in accordance with agreed service level requirements.
• Review employee expense claims to ensure proper documentation, supporting evidence and approval.
• Liaise with relevant departments and claimants to resolve invoice and expense claim discrepancies.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, account reconciliations, financial reporting and audit schedules.
• Participate in finance-related projects, including process automation and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage fixed assets and operating lease accounting, including asset capitalisation and disposal.
• Conduct periodic fixed asset verification and reconcile asset records.
• Provide support for internal and external audits.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve finance-related issues and support other operational requirements when needed.
