Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a Finance Assistant to process vendor invoices, manage fixed assets, and support month-end close activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate policies.

The role requires 3+ years in accounts payable or related finance operations, with proficiency in data analysis and ERP systems. Immediate start for a 12-month contract is available.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, GL, or finance operations.
• Experience with ERP or financial systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review and process vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with finance policies.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Review employee expense claims and supporting documentation in line with guidelines.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including accruals and reconciliations.
• Participate in process improvement, automation projects, and system enhancements.
• Manage fixed asset records including additions, transfers, disposals and depreciation.
• Conduct periodic fixed asset reviews and reconciliations.
• Support audit activities with schedules and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance-related matters.
• Undertake other finance and administrative duties as assigned.
