Job summary

Omnicom Media Group APAC is seeking a Finance Executive in the Reporting Stream to ensure accurate processing of supplier invoices and support the commercial finance team with timely payments.

You will collaborate with vendors and the finance shared services, prepare journals, balance sheet schedules, and financial reports. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; strong Excel and SAP knowledge is a plus; Singapore start date preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and expense claims.
• Resolve invoice and supplier-related issues, verification and filing of records.
• Reconcile supplier statements and respond to supplier inquiries.
• Liaise with shared service center for payment processing and ensure suppliers are paid timely.
• Prepare journals and balance sheet schedules.
• Prepare financial reports and intercompany reconciliation.
• Provide administrative support to Finance Team for day-to-day operations.
