Omnicom Media Group APAC is seeking a Finance Executive in the Reporting Stream to ensure accurate processing of supplier invoices and support the commercial finance team with timely payments.

You will collaborate with vendors and the finance shared services, prepare journals, balance sheet schedules, and financial reports. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; strong Excel and SAP knowledge is a plus; Singapore start date preferred.

• Reconcile supplier statements and respond to supplier inquiries.
• Liaise with shared service center for payment processing and ensure suppliers are paid timely.
• Prepare journals and balance sheet schedules.
• Prepare financial reports and intercompany reconciliation.
• Provide administrative support to Finance Team for day-to-day operations.

About the Role

As a Finance Executive in the Reporting Stream, you will report to the Finance Manager. Your main role is to ensure all vendor invoices are accurately received and provide support to commercial finance team through efficient control of finance processes and timely payments to vendors. You will also need to establish a collaborative relationship with the vendors, business and finance teams to ensure that they are given all necessary financial support on a timely basis.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel. SAP knowledge will be added advantage.
• Team player and able to work independently with excellent time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably able to start work immediately or within short notice
