Job summary

ITP Media Group in Singapore is seeking a Finance Executive to support day-to-day finance and accounting operations. You will work closely with the CFO to ensure timely processing of transactions, accurate records and robust internal controls.

The role involves managing AP/AR, processing supplier payments and staff reimbursements, and assisting with bank and ledger reconciliations, month-end and year-end closes. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or qualification in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Experience in a finance, accounting or similar role.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient with Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the CFO with day-to-day finance and accounting tasks.
• Maintain accurate financial records and timely processing of transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Process supplier payments and employee reimbursements.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly close.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Monitor receivables and follow up on collections.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow monitoring.
• Review invoices and documentation for approvals.
• Maintain organised financial records for audit and compliance.
• Assist with VAT, tax and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, suppliers and internal teams as required.
