Omnicom Media Asia Pacific in Singapore is seeking an organised finance professional to join the team supporting client invoicing and accounts payable activities. You will ensure accurate invoicing timelines, maintain vendor invoices, and assist with intercompany reporting.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or higher in Accounting or Finance with 1–2 years of experience, strong Excel and ERP familiarity (Pegasus preferred).

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Accounting/Finance.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Self-motivated, result oriented; able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong MS Office Excel, PowerPoint & SharePoint; familiarity with ERP systems; Pegasus preferred.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsabilités

• Issue accurate client invoices in a timely manner.
• Verify and document vendor/supplier invoices for billing.
• Prepare reports for assigned clients and intercompany reporting.
• Support ad hoc projects and process improvements as required.
