You will perform day-to-day financial transactions, monthly close, GST reporting, and HR duties including recruitment, payroll, and statutory submissions, while ensuring compliance and effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Accounting degree or diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with full set reporting.
• Knowledge of accounting and HR practices and principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, posting to journals, ledgers and records.
• Ensure financial records are compliant with policies and procedures.
• Prepare timely management reports for monitoring and analysis.
• Prepare GST reports for quarterly submission.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close processes.
• Develop procedures for handling finances and accounting; review discrepancies.
• Manage full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll and performance management.
• Handle employee inquiries on HR-related matters.
• Prepare monthly CPF contribution/IR8A/manpower reports and ensure compliance.
