Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting, including audit.
• Experience in financial consolidation and reporting.
• Familiarity with local tax laws and statutory reporting requirements.
• Meticulous and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all financial activities within the department.
• Manage the preparation of course costing, budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Establish, implement, and improve financial systems, processes, and internal policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and submission of audited financial statements.
• Oversee banking relationships, cash flow management, and other treasury functions.
• Perform preliminary financial evaluations and assessments for international projects as needed.
• Conduct financial trend analysis to minimise investment risks and support sound spending decisions.
• Track investment performance and design strategies to optimise returns.
• Participate in financial meetings and discussions with relevant stakeholders.
• Undertake any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
