Job summary

MEMBERS ONLY HOSPITALITY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance & HR Executive to support daily Finance and HR operations in Singapore. You will manage payroll, AP/AR, financial reporting, and compliance while liaising with operations and other departments.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, hands-on experience with payroll, grants, MOM submissions, and HR documentation. A Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or HR is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in F&B hospitality or retail.
• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, HR or Business.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act.
• Experience with MOM, CPF, IRAS and Work Passes.
• Hands-on payroll and finance operations (AP, reconciliations, invoicing).
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Experience managing government grants and funding claims.

Responsibilities

• Finance Administration including daily operations, AP/AR, and reporting.
• Accounts payable mailbox management and supplier invoice reviews.
• Payroll processing and statutory compliance (MOM, CPF, AIS).
• HR administration: onboarding/offboarding, contracts, and records.
• Office administration and inter-department liaison.
