Job summary

SENSETAC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable Finance & HR professional to manage accounts payable/receivable, banking operations and GST/compliance tasks.

You will support monthly reporting, payroll, recruitment and general HR administration, while ensuring compliance with local accounting standards. A Diploma in Accounting and SAP experience with 2–4 years of relevant exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent credential.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounts and HR.
• Good understanding of Singapore accounting standards and manpower regulations.
• Knowledge of Singapore Corporate Tax and GST.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
• Manage daily finance and banking operations including payment uploads.
• Prepare and submit GST and other statutory filings in compliance with regulations.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up to ensure timely collections.
• Assist in monthly and year end reporting and support HR/payroll functions.
