Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance & HR Executive/Assistant to support accounting, payroll, HR admin and compliance across Singapore and Malaysia at Midview City location.

You will partner with management to drive financial discipline and regulatory adherence. Responsibilities include full-set accounts, monthly closing, AP/AR, GST/compliance, payroll processing, recruitment support, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum O'Levels or Diploma & above in related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts for SG & Malaysia entities.
• Oversee monthly financial closing and management reporting.
• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts.
• Monitor cashflow and working capital.
• Review branch financial reports and handle ad-hoc projects.
• Review supplier invoices and payment schedules (AP).
• Monitor receivables and collections (AR).
• Ensure GST submissions and corporate tax matters.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore/Malaysia regulatory requirements.
• Manage payroll processing and HR administration.
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Handle employee relations and enquiries.
• Manage MOM work pass applications and regulatory changes.
