HENSEL RECYCLING ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Finance Executive to manage financial, accounting, and administrative functions for our precious metals recycling and trading operations in Singapore.

The role requires 3+ years in accounting/finance, strong analytical skills, and comfort with financial transactions, reporting, and settlements. You will handle daily accounting, coordinate hedging instructions, prepare statements, and support GST, audits, and compliance in a dynamic

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; experience with Xero would be an advantage.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate customer hedging instructions, price confirmations, and accurately record transactions and settlements in the company's in-house system.
• Prepare customer settlement reports and related financial documentation.
• Process supplier and customer payments, including payment follow-ups.
• Assist in precious metals hedging transactions and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Support GST reporting, audit preparation, and compliance requirements.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Support general administrative and office operations when required.
