Job summary

ValueMax is Singapore's leading pawnbroking and precious metals group, seeking a Sales Executive to grow the customer base and expand the gold and precious metals network. This outbound-focused role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who can build relationships from scratch.

The role covers sales development, account management, and hands-on operations with company vehicle support for metal collection and delivery. Class 3 licence required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales development and client acquisition.
• Background in precious metals, commodities, jewellery or pawnbroking preferred.
• Strong communicator and relationship-builder.
• Self-driven and comfortable working in the field.
• Valid Class 3 licence (company vehicle provided).

Responsibilities

• Find and win businesses, jewellers and individuals selling gold and precious metals in bulk.
• Build a strong pipeline of new and repeat customers.
• Drive growth through outbound calls, visits and follow-ups.
• Build trusted relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
• Manage and grow an assigned customer portfolio.
• Keep customers updated on market movements and pricing.
• Increase transaction volume from existing accounts.
• Collect, transport and deliver precious metals using the company vehicle.
• Ensure accurate documentation and a full chain of custody for all goods in transit.
• Support daily operations at the HQ Precious Metals department.
• Work with internal teams on pricing, transactions and stock.

About the Role

ValueMax is Singapore's leading mainboard-listed pawnbroking and financial services group, with a dedicated Precious Metals division operating at a commercial, bulk-trading scale. We are looking for a Sales Executive to grow our customer base and expand our gold and precious metals acquisition network. This is a hands‑on, outbound‑focused role suited to a self‑motivated sales professional who is comfortable hitting the ground running and building relationships from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Acquisition

• Find and win businesses, jewellers and individuals selling gold and precious metals in bulk
• Build a strong pipeline of new and repeat customers
