Job summary

Dickson Group in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive to support the Insurance department's day-to-day finance operations, including AR/AP, receipt updates, and bank reconciliations.

You will reconcile insurer statements, process payments and refunds, assist with month- and year-end closing, and respond to customer payment enquiries, working closely with insurers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy with at least 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong computer literacy, especially Excel (MS Office).
• Detail-oriented, organised and reliable team player.
• Able to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the insurance department’s day-to-day finance operations, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Update daily receipts and perform bank reconciliations.
• Reconcile insurers’ statements of account and process payments to insurers.
• Process insurance policy cancellation refunds and commission payouts.
• Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via email, phone and messaging platforms.
• Perform other duties and assignments as required.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Executive to support the day-to-day finance operations of our Insurance department. The role covers accounts receivable and payable, receipt updates, bank reconciliations, insurer statement reconciliation, payment processing, refunds and commission payouts. You will also assist with month-end and year-end closing and respond to customers' payment enquiries.
