Syspex Technologies Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Finance Manager to lead monthly close, financial reporting, and compliance.

You will review P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis for Management and key stakeholders. Collaboration with auditors, tax agents, and cross-functional teams will drive improvements and digitalization of finance processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• ACCA/CPA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing with compliant records.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for planning.
• Prepare and present financial analyses and recommendations to Management.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulators on audits and tax matters (GST, Corporate Income Tax).
• Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements via digitalization.
• Supervise and develop finance team members; foster accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing, maintaining accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to facilitate business planning and decision-making.
• Prepare and present financial reports, analyses, and recommendations to Management and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities on audit, tax, and compliance matters, including GST and Corporate Income Tax.
• Strengthen internal controls and identify opportunities to improve finance processes through digitalization and automation.
• Supervise and mentor finance team members, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and continuous development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and finance initiatives.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience, with supervisory experience.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA Singapore, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), GST, Corporate Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1) or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity, reporting, and presentations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
