EPICO WINE AND SPIRITS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage the full set of accounts and financial operations.

You will oversee General Ledger, AP, AR, monthly closing, GST filings, and cashflow planning, ensuring accurate reporting and regulatory compliance. You will support budgeting, prepare management reports, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Strong independently-driven work ethic and proficiency with MS Office and accounting software are

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in F&B or retail industries.
• Proficient in handling full set of accounts, GST filings, and external coordination with minimal supervision.
• Confident in using MS Office programs and various accounting software.
• Demonstrates responsibility and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts to ensure accurate financial records
• Oversee General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivables functions to maintain financial integrity
• Perform monthly accounts closing activities and prepare management reports for informed decision-making
• Complete GST filing and statutory reporting to comply with regulatory requirements
• Plan cashflows to support operational financial needs
• Assist in building, monitoring, and analyzing annual budgets to support financial planning
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and external professional agents to resolve financial matters
• Participate in cross-department projects to support organizational goals
