Job summary

EPICO WINE AND SPIRITS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned finance professional to manage the full set of accounts, including GL, AP/AR, monthly closings, GST filings, and cashflow planning to support budgeting and reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance with 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B or retail, and is proficient with MS Office and accounting software, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in F&B or retail industries.
• Proficient in handling full set of accounts, GST filings, and external coordination with minimal supervision.
• Confident in using MS Office programs and various accounting software.
• Demonstrates responsibility and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts to ensure accurate financial records
• Oversee General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivables functions to maintain financial integrity
• Perform monthly accounts closing activities and prepare management reports for informed decision-making
• Complete GST filing and statutory reporting to comply with regulatory requirements
• Plan cashflows to support operational financial needs
• Assist in building, monitoring, and analyzing annual budgets to support financial planning
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and external professional agents to resolve financial matters
• Participate in cross-department projects to support organizational goals
