Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in accounting or any other relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to meet the tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Xero

Responsibilities

• Full set of accounts – audit schedules, financial statements, BS and cash flow monitoring.
• Quarterly budgeting and forecasting for the business.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and advise Mgmt on financial decisions.
• Manage Project Cost Accounting and highlight discrepancies to Mgmt.
• Coordinate annual audit and tax computation; ensure proper closure and submission.
• Process employee reimbursements and petty cash claims with proper documentation.
• Monthly payroll and CPF reports; ensure statutory deductions are paid on time.
• Reconcile bank and GL accounts; update cash books daily.
• Monitor AR ageing and ensure timely invoicing/payments.
• Handle government surveys and supplier payments as required.
