Job summary

Hotlotz is hiring a Finance Executive to join our saleroom-based team in Singapore. The role covers bookkeeping, payment administration, reconciliations and payroll support, working closely with the Finance Manager and cross‑functional teams.

A background in finance and accuracy is essential, with exposure to HR admin a plus. Ideal candidates have at least two years of full-time finance experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with accounting systems such as Xero.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in bookkeeping or finance administration.
• Proactive, dependable and takes ownership of routine tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiar with accounting systems (e.g., Xero).
• Singapore resident or eligible to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records in the accounting system and internal records.
• Record and process transactions including sales, fees, expenses, and payments.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes.
• Support the Finance Manager with payroll and HR administration.
• Respond to buyer/seller finance queries and liaise with internal teams.
