Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in finance or accounting preferred.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting and financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense claims.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Assist with monthly financial closing and account reconciliation.
• Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review.
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial planning.
• Verify invoices and supporting documents before processing payments.
• Maintain filing of financial documents and records.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments on billing and payment matters.
• Assist with payroll and other finance-related administrative tasks when required.
• Support tax, audit, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Ensure financial procedures and company policies are followed.
