Job summary

Saulor Pte. Ltd., a growing Singapore-based e‑commerce firm, seeks a senior Finance & Admin Executive to manage the full set of accounts in-house and support finance operations and limited admin work.

The role requires experience in SG accounting, tax filings, GST, payroll, and reconciliation of marketplace transactions. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Xero/QuickBooks/MYOB are preferred. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• ACCA/CPA/CA(S) qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum two years of hands-on full-set accounting experience in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, accruals, prepayments, and bank reconciliations.
• Handle invoicing, SOA, aging reports, collections, and supplier payments.
• Reconcile e-commerce sales and marketplace settlements (e.g., Amazon, Shopee, Lazada).
• Perform month-end and year-end closing and prepare monthly management accounts.
• Prepare annual standalone and consolidated financial statements with schedules.
• Prepare and file ECI and Corporate Income Tax returns or coordinate with external tax agent.
