Qualifications

• 2+ years of full accounting cycles experience, preference for automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Proficient with CRM and ERP financial software.
• Excellent Excel, Word, and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions: AR and AP.
• Process supplier invoices, payments, staff claims, and expenses.
• Perform bank reconciliation and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare AR/AP ageing reports for management.
• Execute month-end closing accurately and timely.
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial summaries.
• Maintain accounting records in Xero.
• Assist with GST reporting, audits, and other statutory matters.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, suppliers on finance matters.
• Perform other accounting and admin duties as assigned.
