Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a seasoned accounting professional to oversee multiple finance modules and drive accurate reporting. You will manage AR/AP, P2P, GST, and GL functions, ensuring timely month-end closes and strong data integrity in the ERP system.

You will lead reconciliations, assist in audits, and maintain SOPs and statutory records. Prior ERP experience and GST compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or finance.
• Experience in accounts payable/receivable and general ledger.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and month-end processes.
• GST knowledge and statutory reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for assigned finance modules and cost centres.
• Manage AR, AP, P2P, GST, and financial reporting.
• Lead month-end and year-end close across all modules.
• Ensure accurate transactions in the ERP and reconciliations.
• Support audits and document procedures, SOPs, and records.
• Prepare GST submissions and coordinate with Head Office.
