Job summary

ST LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an entry-level Accounts Payable role to review and process supplier invoices in compliance with company policies. You will verify approvals, supporting documents, GL coding and GST compliance, and liaise with vendors to resolve AP issues.

The position offers a 3-month commitment with possible OT when required, and requires travelling to the Tuas work location at 60 Pioneer Road. Diploma or degree in accounting/finance is preferred.

• Willing to work overtime as required; able to commit 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Review and process supplier invoices for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Verify invoice approvals, supporting documents, GL coding and GST compliance.
• Support vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve AP issues.
• Track and reconcile accruals/expenses for month-end closing.
• Reconcile inter-company balances and bank reconciliation items.
• Participate in digitalisation projects and system enhancements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Review and process supplier invoices ensuring accuracy and compliance with Company’s policies in ERP systems
• Verify invoice approval, supporting documentation (quotations, contracts, AWB/BL/DO), GL coding and GST compliance
• Support and liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve AP issues, discrepancies, and disputes
• Tracking and reconcile outstanding accruals and expenses to ensure timely capture of expenses for month end closing
• Reconciliation of inter-co company balances, outstanding bank reconciliation items, etc
• Enthusiasm indigitalisation, projects and system enhancements implementation
• Other ad-hoc duties, as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in any Accounting / Finance or equivalent
• Entry level is welcome to apply
• Ability to work under tight reporting deadlines
• Proficiency in digital projects is a plus
• Able to commute for work daily and commit 3 months of work
• Able to do OT when and when required
• Working Day & Hours : Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.30pm
