HOUSE + PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Finance Executive to support AP, AR, and both P2P and O2C processes for our Spa & Wellness and F&B units. You will help maintain accurate financial records and contribute to a strong internal control environment.

The role reports to the Finance Manager and requires collaboration with multiple departments to ensure timely month-end closing and compliant financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of finance experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or General Accounting.
• Experience in Hospitality, Spa & Wellness, Retail, or Food & Beverage (F&B) is advantageous.
• Good understanding of AP, AR, revenue reconciliation, supplier payments, customer collections, and month-end closing.
• Proficient in Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and advanced functions.

Responsabilités

• Process end-to-end AP and AR activities across P2P and O2C cycles.
• Perform daily revenue reconciliation across POS, payments, and accounting records.
• Maintain supplier master data, reconcile statements, and manage collections.
• Prepare month-end close, including reconciliations, accruals, and revenue journals.
• Ensure GST compliance and adherence to SFRS(I) with internal controls.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, Operations, Front Office, HR, and Finance.
