is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to support the Accountant in all statutory matters and to oversee daily Finance operations, ensuring compliance with company and government policies. You will manage AR/AP/GL processes, intercompany reconciliations, monthly closings, cash flow forecasting, and audit preparation, while collaborating with internal teams to improve accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA (or equivalent) required.
• At least 3 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, Word, etc.).
• Independent, meticulous and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage daily AR, AP, GL and intercompany transactions.
• Responsible for intercompany AR/AP and reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly accrual and amortization entries.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules (fixed assets, AR aging, AP aging, inventory, WIP).
• Prepare cash forecast and maintain cash-flow health.
• Ensure timely and complete data entries.
• Assist auditors with required documents.
• Assist in Budget and Forecast preparation.
• Prepare monthly close journal entries (e.g., sales adjustments).
• Support Accountant on ad-hoc projects.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
