Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an individual for a 1-2 years contract role focusing on handling Accounts Payable (AP) functions. The candidate should have at least a diploma in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of one year of relevant experience, along with knowledge of SAP. Responsibilities include processing invoices and claims, guiding associates, reviewing journal entries, and assisting in budget preparation. The workweek is Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, with a monthly compensation of up to $2,600.

Job Responsibilities

• To handle AP and BU function
• Processing of AP invoices, claims and refunds.
• To guide/lead the associates to ensure that all transactions are recorded timely and accurately in SAP
• Review AP journal entries such as accruals, provision and other adjustments.
• Review audit schedules and aging report
• Assist in budget preparation and budget review exercise.
• Collaborate with partnering teams to implement service standards and provide inputs for service improvements.
• Monitor process outcomes and create performance data for reporting.
• Any other ad hoc duties as required.

Job Requirement

• At least Diploma in Accounting / Finance
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in relevant area
• SAP knowledge
