Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced financial manager to oversee daily accounts payable and budget management operations. The successful candidate will enhance process efficiency and work with various stakeholders. Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily AP & Budget Management operations
• Improve, streamline and automate processes
• Liaise with clients and other stakeholders on service performance/improvement
• Manpower & Resource Planning
• Liaise with internal/external auditors
• Month-end/year-end closing
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

• Up to $6,500

Job Requirements:

• Accounting degree and/or Certified Accountant qualification
• At least 4 years of managerial experience
• Work experience in shared service / public sector experience will be an advantage
• Proficiency in excel, preferably with SAP / Workday knowledge
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
• Must uphold strong code of work ethics, in particular confidentiality of information
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Positive working attitude with a high level of initiative
• Detail-oriented in administrative work
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Ability to lead a team of more than 10 staffs
