Job summary

A financial services company in Singapore is seeking an accounting professional to handle daily operational functions including AR & AP tasks. Candidates must possess a diploma or degree in Accounting and experience in SAP. Responsibilities include ensuring transaction accuracy, administrative coordination, and month-end account closures. The offer includes a competitive salary package ranging from S$ 2,800.00 to 4,000.00 and a month-end bonus upon contract completion.

Job Summary

• 5 days work week - 8am till 5:30pm
• Location: West
• Bus Shuttle Service Provided
• 1 month bonus upon completion of contract
• Contract extension subject to business needs and performance

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operational functions
• Responsible for AR & AP functions
• Perform verification with vendors on change of vendors information
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of accounting data and transaction in SAP system
• Assist in banking and treasury function
• Perform month end and year end closing of accounts
• Perform administrative and coordination work for finance department
• Prepare monthly accounts reconciliation
• Any other duties assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• Only Singaporeans
• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Ability to produce accurate and quality work within tight deadlines
• Candidates with strong AP experience will have added advantage
• Ability to learn and adapt
• Conversant in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge in SAP

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Package: S$ 2,800.00 - 4,000.00 (Singapore Dollar)
