Job summary

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (Singapore Branch) is seeking an experienced Accountant based in Singapore. The candidate will handle daily accounting operations, prepare financial reports, and liaise with the HQ in China on financial matters. A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 2 years of relevant experience are required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good communication skills in English and Mandarin are essential for effective interaction with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and finance project operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Liaise with HQ in China on financial matters.
• Responsible for accounting reporting and financial data submission in HQ system
• Assist in project financial data compilation and cost analysis.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors,
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Working Location: West Area.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin, as the role requires regular interaction with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders at HQ in China and use the system from China HQ.
