Job summary

DenseLight Semiconductors Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Finance Executive to maintain records of daily transactions, focusing on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end journal entries.

You will handle invoice processing, sales invoicing, bank reconciliations, and support month-end closing under supervision of Finance Manager. Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years' experience preferred. Strong Excel and accounting software knowledge desired.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting tools.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years of accounting/finance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process daily transactions including purchase invoices and payments.
• Issue sales invoices and recognize receipts in the accounting system.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation and prepare month-end journal entries.
• Support finance team with ad-hoc duties as needed.

Job Objectives

The Finance Executive plays a critical role in keeping records of daily transactions up to date. The role encompass areas of Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables and journal entries at the month end.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handles the daily transaction processing which includes purchase invoice processing and payments
• Issuing of Sales invoices and receipts recognition into the accounting system
• Perform Bank reconciliation on a monthly basis to be reviewed by Finance Manager/Financial Controller
• Preparing of month end journal entries for review by Financial Controller
• Any other duties assigned

Qualification Guidelines

Minimum Education

• Diploma in Accounting

Minimum Experience

• 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in accounting / finance work
• Fresh graduates are welcome

Specific Knowledge / Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
