Job summary

DBiz.ai is seeking a Business Analyst with strong Finance ERP expertise to analyse and redesign end-to-end finance processes. You will translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions and govern vendor delivery across client projects.

You will collaborate with finance stakeholders, delivery teams, and implementation partners to standardise processes and ensure clean-core adoption with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business/Finance or related field.
• Strong ownership and ability to drive moderately complex to advanced scopes.
• Experience with Agile delivery practices.
• Deep expertise in Finance ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion Finance or SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end finance workflows: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting.
• Document AS-IS/TO-BE processes and requirements.
• Configure finance ERP components and data models.
• Govern vendor/SI delivery quality and participate in reviews.
• Develop financial reports and enable analytics, including AI insights.
