Job summary

CMC-APAC PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Finance ERP Analyst to lead business analysis, configuration, and delivery of finance ERP solutions such as Oracle Fusion Finance or SAP S/4HANA Cloud in Singapore.

You will partner with stakeholders, design future-state processes, configure financial structures, and develop reports while ensuring governance and continuous improvement across enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.
Strong ownership and ability to independently drive medium-to-large initiatives.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Finance, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, or equivalent ERP platforms.
Strong knowledge of GAAP / IFRS, Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, Agile delivery methodologies.
Experience with ERP configuration, data migration, troubleshooting, and process optimisation.
Strong business analysis, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience governing vendor and implementation partner deliverables.
Ability to provide oversight across complex enterprise platforms and integrations.

Responsibilities

Analyse and improve General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting processes.
Design future-state processes using ERP best practices and clean-core principles.
Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
Translate business needs into ERP solutions.
Configure: Chart of Accounts, Cost Centres, Profit Centres, Projects, Financial structures, Accounting rules, Workflows, Approval hierarchies, Business rules.
Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts when required.
Build financial reports and analytics solutions.
Leverage AI capabilities to enhance reporting and insights.
Provide user training and functional guidance.
Maximise use of standard ERP capabilities and ensure scalable workflows, automation, integrations, security models, and extension frameworks.
Review and challenge proposed solutions from implementation partners.
Investigate defects related to processes, integrations, configurations, and data.
Support issue resolution and ongoing platform enhancements.
Serve as the internal Finance ERP specialist.
Review solution designs, customisations, and technical approaches.
Provide independent recommendations on ERP best practices.
Contribute to ERP standards, governance, and internal capability building.
Support long-term knowledge retention and platform excellence initiatives.
